Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. In some instances tickets can be returned on a consignment basis where you would receive 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them.

Tickets are bought and sold on an open market, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time. All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed by firstclasstixx.com. Online orders placed after 6PM CT weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next business day.

When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable. If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not be issued. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment basis only in which you would get 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.

All listed ticket prices are in U.S. dollars and cents.

Events taking place within the state of California will have sales tax added to the order.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the shipping method.

Orders with ticket groups of two are guaranteed to be together. All other quantities are not guaranteed to be consecutive. All attempts will be made by First Class Tickets to group seats according to requested quantity.

Category descriptions are general descriptions of a seating area and actual seat locations will fall within sections as indicated on corresponding map. All orders are non-transferable.

Although we strive to meet and exceed our customerís expectations, in rare instances specific seat locations are not available. If the specific seats you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to provide you with tickets of the same or greater value. If no comparable tickets are available you will receive an email or phone call with alternative locations and pricing options.
